The EVENTIMAGE team was recently delighted to work with Smarts Agency in Belfast.  Smarts Agency hosted a Long Service Celebration evening for their client, BT Openreach.  The event venue was the stunning Ulster Museum, Belfast.

The EVENTIMAGE team set up a mini portrait studio onsite in the Ulster Museum.  We used a neutral grey background and professional studio lighting for the portraits.

Our photographer worked quickly and efficiently photographing guests as they arrived and mingled at the drinks reception.  In addition to their partners, many guests also choose to get photos taken with their long-term co-workers and colleagues.  This created a warm, friendly atmosphere at the event.

As the evening’s formalities began, the EVENTIMAGE team worked at the onsite print station, editing, selecting, and printing all the photographs.  The hard copy prints were inserted in high-quality presentation mounts and packaged for each guest.  All guests received their printed photos even before their meal arrived!
